At Swizosoft (OPC) Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we provide refunds for our courses, workshops, and certification programs.

Key Refund Principles

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank transaction fees may be deducted from refunds

Course Cancellation by Participant

Before Course Materials Accessed

  • More than 7 days before start date: 80% refund
  • 3-7 days before start date: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before start date: No refund

After Course Materials Accessed

Once course materials have been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

In the rare event that we cancel a course:

Full Refund Guarantee

  • 100% of fees paid will be refunded
  • Option to transfer to another course
  • Notification at least 3 days before scheduled start

We will make every effort to notify participants as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements where feasible.

Workshops and Special Programs

For workshops, bootcamps, and other short-term programs:

  • More than 14 days before: 90% refund
  • 7-14 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before: No refund

Special discount offers may have different refund conditions as specified during purchase.

Certification Exam Fees

Fees paid for certification exams are non-refundable once:

  1. The exam voucher has been issued
  2. The exam scheduling process has begun

Exam fees may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability and possible rescheduling fees).

  • Course/workshop name and date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Original payment details

Step 2: Verification

Our team will verify eligibility within 3 business days and may request additional information.

Step 3: Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital downloads once accessed
  • Course materials that have been shipped
  • Membership fees after the membership period has begun
  • Any discounted or promotional purchases marked "non-refundable"

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests in exceptional cases such as:

Medical Emergencies

With valid medical documentation, we may offer:

  • Full credit toward future courses
  • Partial refund at our discretion

All exceptional requests must be submitted with supporting documentation within 14 days of the circumstance occurring.
